steps.

1. Create a purchase order from PO automatic creation form.
2. Go to the PO created an delete and save.
3. Go to search the Purchase requisition from PO automatic creation form and the PR it doesn't apper.


TESTING THE ISSUE IN ORACLE 11.0.5

1. Create a purchase order from PO automatic creation form.
2. Go to the PO created an delete and save.
3. Go to search the Purchase requisition from PO automatic creation form and the PR is there!!.


Please help with this issue.
