10_Recommended_2013-10 fails at patch 125555-13

Hello,
Im trying to patch several solaris 10 servers with the 10_Recommended_2013-10 update and it failes on patch 125555-13 on all servers

Any help with this would be appreciated



Patch 125555-13 failed to install due to a failure produced by pkgadd.

See /var/sadm/patch/125555-13/log for details

Patchadd is terminating.


Here is the log file:


This appears to be an attempt to install the same architecture and
version of a package which is already installed.  This installation
will attempt to overwrite this package.

/usr2/Patches/10_Recommended_CPU_2013-10/patches/125555-13/SUNWcsu/install/checkinstall: /usr2/Patches/10_Recommended_CPU_2013-10/patches/125555-13/SUNWcsu/install/checkinstall: cannot open
