Automatic Modifer is not getting applied.

Modifier is setup in R12 with automatic check box ON at both header/line level.

Profiles were enabled:

QP_SOURCE_SYSTEM_CODE  - Oracle Pricing
QP: Pricing Transaction Entity - Order Fullfillment

Ran Build Attributes Rules and QP: Denormalized Data after creation of modifier. Any idea what are the other thngs to be verified to make it work automatically?
