Different role security different Statement of account 's result

Hi, all.

My developer has revised the report  setting and now it can print out corretly under administrator's role - RoleA.   But users can't print out correctly with wrong result under their role - roleB. Then, administrator 's role is changed to RoleB to test but with error...Wondering how i can revise the role security in order to make both of them print out the report correctly.
