QFSP port went down after firmware upgrade on T4-4

 Hi
There is 1x T4-4 that had encountered connectivity issue with one of the QFSP port.
 The problem occur after a firmware upgrade on the T4-4. Due to the connectivity issue, the ldom on the T4-4 was not able to come up as it is dependent on the QFSP port for the NFS share virtual disk.
 I did a physical check on the QFSP port and notice that there was no light on it.
 I attempt to reconnect the cable back but there are still no light on the port.

 

From the /var/adm/messages, I notice that net0 & net2 went down.
