XML BI publisher - PDF document sercurity & password setting

In EBS11i, Report Request "Pay advice (India)" with option "Mail Individual Payslip" sends pay advice to all employee in PDF format . My requirement is to set employee PAN or Date of joining or Date of Birth as password for opening PDF document.

Kindly suggest, How to achieve this
