Creating physical standby database: missing archive logs scenario

Hello Community,
I have a test environment with one primary and one physical standby single instance databases. for the storage consumption, I delete the archivelogs every weekend. now I want to add a second standby database. I use RMAN duplicate, the procedure goes normal to the end, the standby parameters are set, logs are received but are not applied to the standby. I checked the alert_log of both primary and standby, it shows that from a specific archivelog sequence# , that have been deleted two weeks ago, some archives are missing . now the test environment yet not have backup of the
