Creating an account with internal location under the same party as the one setup in Installed parame

 Can I create an account under a PARTY setup as 'Internal' and used  for IB parameter setup. The purpose of this account will be to create a site with BILL TO/SHIP TO and the SHIP TO is to be attached to internal location to facilitate ISO process.
The internal order needs to be placed for shipping to sales agents, exhibitions, events etc..  The objective is to show same PARTY as the owner of all internally owned products.   This includes returns, exchanges, in depot (for refurbishment) and ISO orders.

Is the recommended approach to create a separate party/account for IR/ISO or can I leverage party defined for IB Parameters and add an account under it for ISO.
