Quality Management ver9.1

Hi,

I have few queries to get clarrified from Quality Management(QM) ver 9.1 in JDE E1.

1. Do our QM module supports SPC (Statistical Process Control) Techniques followed in industries?

2. What about Mean, Average,MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) values? Can it be captured or arrived from QM Module in JDE?

3. Do we have UPK (User Productivity Kit) for Quality Management Module?

4. Do QM Module supports all concepts in TQM (Total Quality Management)?

If some one clarrifies my doubt, it will be great help.
