Tax Rate Variance lines on AP-PO Reconiciliation

 Hello All,
Tax Rate Variance lines are showing up in AP-PO Reconciliation report. Please let us know if I can Write-Off these records? What will be the impact of writing-off these lines?

Please suggest.
