Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Issue related to API OTA_DELEGATE_BOOKING_API and cascading workflows in OLM

We are also trying to use the below workflow process

workflow name : HRSSA

workflow process:OTA_LNR_TRNG_APPROVAL_JSP_PRC

The objective is to be able to use the OTA_LNR_TRNG_APPROVAL_JSP_PRC workflow process directly in the pl/sqpl package to invoke training enrollment.

We need clarity on this feasibility.
