Getting ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied error while running BI Publisher report

Please see attached document that having some screen shot of regarding I am facing issue.

I am able to login same schema details and connection string using SQL developer. and also when i creating Data Source on BI Publisher that time I am succefully connecting to that schema but not running report using that Data source in the BI Publisher report and getting  ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied error.

Could you please suggest why i am getting this thype of issue while running BI Publisher Report.
