CRM Desktop - Problem SBL-EAI-04111

Dear Community,

we are trying to implement CRM Desktop feature (3.6.1.6 version) in our Siebel Development environment. We are experiencing some problems due to lack of documentation and examples regarding configuration and customization. Specifically about how to add new entities to CRM Desktop.

Our reference document is Siebel CRM Desktop for Microsoft Outlook Administration Guide Version 3.7 April 2013. Anybody know if Is there any extra document available about examples regarding CRM Desktop?

We are trying to implement Quotes on Account form and we are receiving errors regarding Siebel Integration Object Hierarchy when synchronyzing the metadata package:

SBL-EAI-04111: Cannot conivert XML Hierarchy to Integration Object Hierarchy.
