RMAN Active duplicate failing with ORA-19870

Hi,
Active duplicate failing with ORA-019870 and I thought I might be hitting the BUG as below but checked and no concurrent backup job is running? any idea?

Bug 16053545 - RMAN cloning from active database fails when overlapped with database backup job (Doc ID 16053545.8)

ERROR LOG:

RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 10/30/2013 09:40:51
RMAN-05501: aborting duplication of target database
RMAN-03015: error occurred in stored script Memory Script
ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece /share/dbbkup/oracle/UT06DDA/rman/ora_UT06DDA1_DB_LEVEL1_kjonlc31_1_1_830124129_22163_                         1
ORA-19505: failed to identify file "/share/dbbkup/oracle/UT06DDA/rman/ora_UT06DDA1_DB_LEVEL1_kjonlc31_1_1_830124129_22163_1"
