Cloud Control 12c: Monitoring WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and Oracle Forms, Reports

Hi all,

we have in one environment the following components:

1- Weblogic Server 1.3.6

2- Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports (11gR2) (Managed Servers, OPMN processes)

3- Forms- and Reports-Clusters

Now, we want to connect the components with CloudControl 12c. Is there any exact Doc available as best practice?

In addition a questions regarding „Add target“:

A- Oracle Fusion Middelware/WebLogic Domain‘ or ‚Oracle WebLogic Domain 8.x‘?
B- Oracle WebLogic Domains, Clusters, and Servers or Oracle WebLogic Full Hierarchy?
C- Oracle WebLogic Servers
Or other approach is better?
