FRM-40212: Invalid value for field REQ_NUM

Hi,

One of user is getting the below error when he is trying to query the Requisition. Actully when he is trying the view the transaction from the Funds Inquiry form 'Drilldown' option the user is getthing 'FRM-41051: You cannot create records here.' error but when I quiried for the same trnsaction from the same form I could drilldown to the particular requisition with out any error. Then I noted down the Requisition Number and tried to query the Requisition from the Rwquisition Summary Form and it have the Invalid value error as below, when I checked it was a Purchase Requisiton.
