Consolidated statement for customer accounts across OUs

Hi,
Scenario:  Two ledgers with same COA within same business group having 1 OU each.

1. Can the customer-> account -> site  be shared in both ledgers. 

2. How will application of receipt and collection from bank for customer work in this case?

3. Can there be one consolidated statement for all transactions and payments for the customer across account/sites combination from both ledgers /OU?

Please advise.
