Unable to install BI Publisher 64 bit on 64 Bit OS and 64 Bit Office

Hello,
I'm unable to install BI Publisher 64 bit on 64 Bit OS and 64 Bit Office. It asked me to install 32 bit version so I tried installing that and installation completed successfully but BI Publisher tab wasn't enabled in the office.

Windows 8 64 bit
BIP 11.1.1.7.0
Office 2010 64 bit
