8.1.1.11 OpenUI is not working properly

Hello community,
We just patched our DEV server from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11 and for us it seems that the 11th patch OpenUI is pretty useless. 
A lot of bugs there are not fixed which accordingly to documentation should have been fixed in 11th patch. Also there are a lot of new ones.

We can't understand does the patching process whent something wrong or this is one of worst Siebel patches. Could please someone share OpenUI experience with 8.1.1.11?

I'm uploading one of new bug examples. In the "OpenUI-Menu.jpg" screenshot left side there is 8.1.1.10 OpenUI and on right side there is 8.1.1.11. I have been clicked on the "Menu" button and in the new version the applet is very very large. This is only one of many issues.
