needs to mail a notification to some specific users only if this completes with warning or Error

Hello,

We have a requirement where a request needs to be scheduled for 6 seperate responsibilities of different OUs.

Currently we are scheduling them from the particular responsibility of the specific OU, from the submit request Tab.

But we have a change in requirement that the Scheduled program requests needs to mail a notification to some specific users only if this completes with warning or Error.

Although one possibility is to submit from the System administrator---Schedule request form. But their i dont have the option to run it by respect to OU specific.

 Please provide your suggestions on this.
