Blanket Agreements from 11.5.10 not marked as global are not visible in BWC after upgrade

Is there a script of option of updating blanket agreements to Global so that they are visible in BWC. There are several hundred existing for this client where there is only one operating unit and no agreements were created with the GLOBAL flag since it was not applicable
