Patch 17248705: ¿Special Instructions?

Hi!  We have the exact problem in this note:
SEPA Direct Debit Remittance Fields Incorrect (Doc ID 1586476.1)

Wich says that the patch 17248705, solve this issue.

But there is something that i dont understand, in the readme there is not pre reqs or post steps, but there is an "Special Instruction".

And it says this:

Following patches must be applied along with this patch to get the complete solution
1. TAX patch 8452606
2. Inventory patch 8529225
3. AR Patches 8627857, 8623783
4. JL patch 7585468
5. ATG_PF:11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP7 Patch 6241631

What it means with "must be applied along with this patch to get the complete solution". The Issue that this patch is suposed to solve?
