Oracle reports when viewing pdf report on screen arial narrow font is running out side of text box

Oracle reports when viewing PDF report on screen Arial narrow font is running out side of text box.  When sent directly to a printer or displayed in the report builder, the format is perfect.  This only happens on PDF's  displayed on the screen.

The reports server is a new 11.1.2 server the reports run perfect on our existing 10gr2 Reports server.

The generated PDF is pulling the correct font but it is wrapping on the wrong word to fit in the text box.  When the PDF file version is wrapping after 4 additional words which the last few words run off the page.  I checked the PDF document it is using the Arial narrow font.
