CRM Activities from 8.11 sp1 to 9.1 - conversion

We are using CRM activities and in 9.1 a new table is created: F01301D Activity Detail

Working in 9.1 the old activities are invisible and checking F01301 and F01301D I can see the difference, new entered activities occur in F01301D as well.

The F01301 is filled with the old activities as a result from the conversion from 8.11. But how can I make them visible in 9.1?

Is there a conversion batch for this?
