Why Purchase Requisition of type Purchase Requisition are creating Internal Sales Order

Hello,

I was wondering if it was standard functionality or a bug. We are creating Purchase Requsition with TYPE: Purchase Requisition, and it is creating Internal Sales Orders.

I only want Internal Sales Orders to be created when the Purchase Requisition Type is: Internal Requisition.

Please let me know if this is standard functionality or a bug that is refered in a Metalink Note.
