Lotus Notes Email Integration with CRM On Demand Error when trying to submit and attatch email to CR

I have users who have Lotus Notes Email Integration setup with CRM On Demand, it worked fine until recently we are getting this error, can someone assist with this?Method 'FieldValue' of business component 'Action Attachment' (integration component 'Action Attachment') returned the following error:"The File Allotment of 7530.00 MB has been reached or there is insufficient capacity remaining to process your request.(SBL-SBL-70172)"(SBL-EAI-04376)Fault Code: SOAP-ENV:ServerOnDemandServicesObjMgr_enu_94757.log(SBL-SBL-70172)Method 'FieldValue' of business component 'Action Attachment' (integration component 'Action Attachment') returned the following error:"The File Allotment of 7530.00 MB has been reached or there is insufficient capacity remaining to process your request.(SBL-SBL-70172)"(SBL-EAI-04376)
