How to prevent viewing of journal entries from other orgs

Currently, when in the GL module, when looking at Journal Entries (Both in the Enter Journal Entry screen and on the Post Journal Entry Screen), we not only see our journal entries, but every journal entry from all of the other companies as well.  The problem with this is it sometimes takes longer than necessary to find what we need, and, more importantly, we have accidentally posted another company's journal entry a few times.  And if we accidentally post someone else's journal entry that came out of Oracle FA module, they are no longer able to make changes to that month
