Getting the following error 12c JPS-10000: There was an internal error in the policy store when try

 Cheers,we have just recently upgraded from 11g to 12c, and today after oms has been hanging I was trying to bounce the oms and It is hangingOne 

Please advise.

One of the error logs says:

.PolicyStoreConnectivityException: JPS-10000: There was an internal error in the policy store..>
