Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. do i have to stop oms agents before I apply the oct2013 critical patch update to the oracle oms home

do i need to stop oms & and all the agents (on all the servers) while i apply the oct2013 database security patch update to the OMS database.
