Expire Users Automatically after Inactivity

Dear All:
Is there any built-in functionality to automatically expire a user after they have been inactive in Oracle Financials? For example, if a user has not signed in for45 days, we would like to have them automatically locked out requiring a sysadmin to reactivate them. Thank you.
