BOM -Model Pricing

I need to define a Model Part MP1 ,
which will have a bom defination

Compoenents
CP1  Qty 2
CP2  Qty 10
CP3  Qty 5


Instead of Pricing the Model MP1 , is it possible that at Indivsiual Component part  Level it is priced (Or discounts applied )
then rolled up as Price of Model Part MP1 ?
