17564460 : 12.1.3 : Invalid ARXRWRCT and ARXRWMAI forms

This thread will address your following issue - 

We are having issues while applying the patch 17564460. Adpatch stopped with the below issue.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
ar forms/US ARXRWRCT.fmx
ar forms/US ARXRWMAI.fmx

On checking one of the worker log file reports the below.


FRM-30064: Unable to parse statement SELECT ba.ext_bank_account_id "bank_account_id",
ba.branch_party_id "bank_branch_id",
ba.bank_name,
ba.bank_number,
ba.branch_number bank_branch_number,
ba.bank_account_name bank_account_name,
ba.bank_account_number bank_account_num,
