Fixed Assets doubling some depreciation entries for ledger D4

 One of my clients just completed migrating from A 7.3 to A 9.3.1.1.03 and now has a problem with Fixed Assets.  For ledger type D4, only assets acquired after 01/01/2013 are completely doubling up the depreciation entries.  This does not happen in A 7.3 and no data or setup has been changed during the migration.  Any help in diagnosing where to find this problem would be appreciated.
