Translations in OA Framework

Hi,
I have a question about Oracle Applications Framework.
I have found via the knowledge base and a former discussion Note "E-Business Suite - Technology Stack : Navigation (landing) Page (Doc ID 1480550.1)" and "OVERVIEW: EBS Technology Stack - Framework (Doc ID 1478639.2)".

Suppose you have English and Dutch language installed. Oracle Forms has an Icon to view the translations; i.e. defining a concurrent program you can select the translations Icon from the Icon Bar and you can see the meaning in both languages.

Reading a lot and searching I still haven't found the answer on my question whether the OA Framework has a possibility to view/look into Translations on the "html" pages or not? I refer to this option in Oracle Forms?
