Program - Automatic Reversal - Finishing with EA01 Error

We are testing running the "Program - Automatic Reversal" request, but we are receiving the "EA01 - You do not have read and write access to all of the journals in the batch" error.  What do we need to do to get rid of this error?  Thanks.
