P44H201 - Lot Master. Cannot delete a lot (Delete Invalid - Sales record exists)

One of our test users accidentally entered a new lot to an existing community thinking that it is the TEST environment. It was already released for sale when she realized that she was in the wrong environment.

We were able to delete commitments and lot starts but cannot delete the lot that was added accidentally with error saying "Delete Invalid - Sales record exists". 

What is the best way to take care of removing this lot?

FYI, the status of this lot in the Sales Workbench (P44H500) are LAST 500(released for Sale) - NEXT 505 (hot prospect).
