US PAY: How do we address alignment issue of W2 using Evergreen forms?

We are using the seeded Oracle W2-PDF. We have purchased the recommended Everygreen forms:

· Blank perforated W-2 #5208 --> Window envelope 4444-1

However part of the SSN shows in the top window and the address in the bottom window is partially hidden
