Enabling Advanced Compression for Datapump

I'm trying to take an export of a very large dataset.  In my parfile I’ve set compress=all, but I’m not getting the compression I expected.  The documentation says that “Oracle Advanced Compression option be enabled”.  Oracle Advanced Compression is installed, but I can’t find any instructions that say how to enable it for datapump.  Can you point me to the correct document or tell me how?
