SLM:Make UDA pages readonly after Supplier record is approved.

Im looking for the standard option to make all the UDA pages in the Supplier Profile to be Read only after a supplier record is approved.

During the on-boarding process for a prospective supplier, we wanted the users to enter the feedback comments in the UDA pages (ie still Record exists in POS_SUPPLIER_REGISTRATIONS table with status as PENDING-allow to edit the values)

Once the supplier is approved, we do not want the same evaluator (with edit privelge) to come and change these values (If there is a supplier record   in the AP_SUPPLIERS Table or a record in in POS_SUPPLIER_REGISTRATIONS table with status as APPROVED).
