Share Members show wrong results in BIEE

Hi Experts,

After I have completed the Share Member(Store) based on Level References in ESSBASE(Operatoin,KeyCity,Location Dimension),and imported into OBIEE Physical layer,then BMM and presentation layer,when customers did one simple query (such as one dimension column Gen2, Loc derived from Location Dimension),it will show correct result (South,North,Central,DL), however,when they drag any measure columns into reports(such as Sales Column), it will show a lot of rows,not only four rows ,which is not correct result. Why? What is the missing step in ESSBASE or BIEE?  Thanks.
