iExpense Email notifications
Hello All,
When employees submit expense reports, the supervisor/manager is receiving two notifications.
1st: that the report was cancelled
2nd: action required
Manager opens the second notification and approves the expense report, the employee who submitted the expense report is receiving the workflow notification in EBS. But the email notifications are not being received.
This issue exist only for 1 approver. Same case with all the employees under that supervisor.
Please advise.
