Customer Default Country

Hi,
Any one help this issue..

While create a new customer the Country name displayed as "India" by default in Customer Account Site Address. How to change this country by default.

We need default country as "Sri Lanka" by default while create the new Customers. Is there any profile to change this Default Country?
