Solaris 11 Cluster Install (ha-cluster-full)

Hi,
I'm trying to install the ff: pkg but i get the below:

root:# pkg install ha-cluster-full
Creating Plan (Solver setup): /
pkg install: No matching version of ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-full can be installed:
  Reject:  pkg://ha-cluster/ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-full@4.1,5.11-0.18.2:20121001T203917Z
  Reason:  Package is not installed in parent image: ha-cluster/group-package/ha-cluster-full


Any ideas of where or what to look for to solve this
