Parameter push from BackOffice to registers unsuccessful

After register parameters are pushed from the Backoffice application URL down to the registers, the workstation.xml file at the register never updates.  However, Under  Available exports, Backoffice shows the job status as 'Succeeded'.  Again, the workstation.xml on the register never updates.

1. Under Admin-Parameter Maintenance -Parameter List, create Parameter List

2.  Select to add parameters to the list.

3.  Select the Parameter name to update its value in the list.

4.  Click Save and Distribute

5.  Select individual registers

6.  Click  register number from drop-down menu

7.  Complete the process by clicking NEXT until the job have been submitted.

8.  Check the job status under Available exports
