Ability to view concurrent requests from all Oracle modules

As GL lead, it would be helpful at times to be able to view other module's concurrent requests.  For example, if the GL does not receive an expected journal from a module, I would like to confirm that the journal creation concurrent request from the module was actually run.  Also, if an error is reported from another module, I would like to be able to view the other module's concurrent request to be able to access especially the log file.

Question:  What is the most feasible method to accomplish the above described for the 12.1.3 Oracle version?
