Forms are not generating from mentioned bin folder

 Hi,
I am using Forms version 11.1.4.0. I have defined the forms bin folder and env file and mentioned in the formsweb.cfg and even i updated in rwserver.conf. But while running the application , the forms are generating from different folder which is not mentioned in formsweb.cfg and rwserver.conf file. could any one please help me on this.
