Any side effect of moving asm instance's spfile from diskgroup to local file system?

environment: AIX6.1+oracle11g restart

When install oracle asm , it is required to designate a diskgroup to save the spfile. But a diskgroup with only a spfile is a waste of capacity (and I don't want any database files to shared the diskgroup with asm's spfile) . So i try to move the spfile of the asm instance from diskgroup to local fs. Here's the procedure of the moving, the SYSDG is where the asm instance's spfile located.
