Address number invalid when setting up service management
I am attempting to setup the service management module according to Oracle's standard documentation. Everything works well. I can create a provider group (P17506) and use this within a call entry. When i search though on my provider group, the record pops up BUT with an error indicating that the address book number is invalid. When checking the AB though, the address book record is there but without who's who and other related data.
Any idea if i am missing something?
