8.1.1.11 dedicated client OpenUI

Hello,

Does for someone OpenUI works via dedicated client on 8.1.1.11? If yes, then on what machine and what patching steps where done? 

I tried to launch OpenUI via dedicated client on

windows 7

8.1.1 patched to 8.1.1.11

windows xp

8.1.1 patched to 8.1.1.9 to 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11

on both machines HI mode works ok but the OpenUI mode does not work on 8.1.1.11.

On the xp machine while it was 8.1.1.10 version the OpenUI via dedicated client worked but now it doesn't. It opens only white screen.

On the windows 7 machine it always launches is if there would not be setted the parameter EnableOpenUI=TRUE.(It just opens HI mode)
