Spares Management Carrier and ship method LOV

Does anyone have any good ideas on limiting the LOV that we see in Spares when creating a requirement order?  Today we see the entire LOV that is available for the source org.  Meaning, eveyrthing that is enabled in the freight carriers for that org. We just want to see the ones that the particular destination (subinventory/rep) is able to use.  We've set up the interlocation shipping networks transit times and those would be the valid ones.    How are others pairing down the LOV for carriers and ship methods for spares?
